The olive oil brand “Alfar” from the olive mill “La Maja” is made from Arbequina olives.
The Arbequina olives are harvested very early, while the fruit is still partly green and only in the transition to the dark red. Although this early harvest reduces the yield, it results in a very aromatic and beautifully fragrant olive oil.
In this article, the olive oil is packaged in a 1 liter can. It is suitable for direct use from the can, or if wished can be transferred to smaller bottles.
