The olive oil of the brand “La Maja” from the olive mill “La Maja” is made from Arbequina olives. It uses both green and ripe olives, which are ground right after the harvest within 12 hours. This short time window of grinding the olives ensures the high quality of the oil.
“La Maja” convinces with its beautiful, intense aroma, which is mainly characterized by tomatoes, but also contains notes of herbs and artichokes as well as green fruits and strawberries.
The olive oil is packed in an appealing 0.5 liter bottle.
